A beautiful smile can make a great first impression on everyone you meet. If your smile isn’t as appealing as you’d like, transform its appearance with natural-looking veneers. Changing your smile can change your life by giving you greater happiness, confidence, and self-esteem.
Veneers are composed of porcelain or composite resin materials. Dr. Cintron can help you choose the material best suited for your treatment.
For porcelain veneers, impressions are made of your teeth to have custom shells explicitly created for your use. The veneers will be fabricated in a lab and returned to our clinic for application when completed. Dr. Cintron will prepare your teeth by shaving off a small amount of enamel to accommodate the veneers. We’ll then bond the veneers in place and “cure” them with a special light to firmly attach them to your teeth.
For composite veneers, a resin material is layered onto each tooth you want to be treated. This material is molded to perfection and bonded onto your teeth. Once dry, your veneers are polished to blend in seamlessly with the rest of your teeth.
